SMG For Civic
SMG could soon be running Albuquerque, N.M.’s Civic Plaza that houses the city’s annual Summerfest concerts.
The company already runs the Albuquerque Convention Center and officials say they’re in talks to transfer management of the Plaza over to SMG as well, the Albuquerque Journal reported.
The move apparently won’t cost the city any more as expenses would be absorbed under the Convention Center operating budget.
