Miley Cyrus + Lily Allen Join Forces
The British pop singer announced the news with a tweet saying, “CANT WAIT !!!!!” In addition to all-caps and exclamations, she added an assortment of emojis, including fire, a dancing (twerking?) girl, and – of course – two images with sticking out tongues.
