AEG’s New Digs
AEG will lease The Desmond building, shown here in an artist rendering, near L.A. Live, allowing the company to consolidate its AEG Live, Goldenvoice and AXS Ticketing (including Outbox Technologies) divisions within two blocks of the corporate mothership.

In all, the deal gives AEG 82,000 square feet of additional office space once a sixth-floor addition is completed in 2015.
