Paul McCartney Adds San Diego

Paul McCartney’s “Out There” tour of the U.S. keeps growing one date at a time.  Now Macca is eyeing Southern California as he announces a San Diego gig scheduled for September.

Returning to the road after suffering a nasty virus, the former Beatle embarked on the U.S. portion of his current global adventure at the Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y., July 5.

The new date is Sept. 28 at San Diego’s Petco Park, home of MLB’s Padres.  So far, the gig is the only September show on his itinerary.

Fans registered with PaulMcCartney.com will be eligible for a presale beginning July 14 at 9 a.m. If you’re not registered you still have time to rectify that slight error in your concert lifestyle by signing up by 5 a.m. July 14.
