More Global Promoters, Managers For Bigsound

More promoters, agents, talent managers and publicists were announced for the BIGSOUND conference showcase, Sept. 10-12 in Brisbane, Australia.

From North America are Ali Hedrick of The Billions Corporation, Brad First of SXSW, John Kastner of Canadian Music Week, Julia Willinger of Q Prime, Adam Lewis of Planetary Group, Matt Hickey of High Road Touring, Chris Porter of One Reel / Bumbershoot and Grace Jones of Grandstand PR.

Other global names include Martin Elbourne of the UK’s Glastonbury and The Great Escape, Reggie Ba Pe III of China’s DJ events Sonically Transmitted Disease, Anuj Gupta of Indian management-booking agency Only Much Louder and Mike Harounoff of the UK’s Transgressive and Rockfeedback.

The Australian and New Zealand contingent include Peter Noble of Bluesfest, Andrew Stone of Chugg Music, Rebecca Young of Artist Voice, Maggie Collins of Fans Creative Management and Claire Collins of Bossy Music. Neil Finn and The Church will do keynotes, while other musicians are L-Fresh The Lion, The Bedroom Philosopher and Ruby Boots.
