Tomorrowland Rumor

Tomorrowland, held over two three-day weekends in Boom, Belgium, is one of the largest EDM festivals in the world and recently announced its expansion into North America. Original promoter ID&T, which now owns a minority stake, says next year’s edition, which begins July 18, will be streamed live.
However, there has been a rumor that’s been going around for months that Tomorrowland will be expanding to Brazil. Brazilian entertainment site Omelete posted an announcement that it would come to the country next May, but it has since been taken down.
“Tomorrowland, the most famous music festival in the world, will have a Brazilian edition in May 2015,” the post read. “According to information from [Omelete], organizers signed a contract to hold the event in the country. The location has not yet been confirmed but will probably be the Park Maeda, Itu (SP).”
The U.S. Expansion, Tomorrowworld, will have its installment near Atlanta Sept. 26-28 and will include Bassnectar, Avicii, David Guetta and Tiesto.
