Unpredictable Todd Rundgren Evenings
That’s because the tour is called “An Unpredictable Evening,” meaning that each night’s song selection will be whatever Rundgren feels like playing. There’s no album to support, no setlist, no grand plan – just Todd doing whatever strikes his fancy.
You can bet this is one tour that fans will want to buy tickets for multiple nights to see what Rundgren might play. With a catalog dating back more than 40 years, the possibilities are almost endless.
Rundgren’s “Mythic Pacific Retreat” at the Cambria Pines Lodge in Cambria, Calif., runs Aug. 18-22. For most of October Rundgren will be on the road as a member of Ringo Starr’s All Starr Band and he doesn’t begin his fall headlining adventure until later that month.
