Darkness For Summer Solstice
A botched 2009 music festival near Baltimore faces a federal lawsuit.

The Summer Solstice Projekt in Myersville, Md., originally set for June 18-21, 2009, was canceled early when the sheriff’s department got more than eight complaints about noise.
Officials ultimately revoked the permit and sent away the acts and patrons.
An attorney for the promoter says officials didn’t meet the legal standard his client was entitled to.
The festival organizer and county officials each asked a federal judge to end the lawsuit by ruling in their favor.
