Trevor Hall Sez ‘Small Is Beautiful’

For his latest release, Hall borrowed a page from Beyoncé’s book of music promotion and surprised fans in June with a 12-track album called Chapter Of The Forest. The songs on the disc came to life during Hall’s year-long sabbatical in which he visited India, Nepal, Vermont and Maine.

“This album is inspired by simplicity, by the roots of life, and by the beauty that one finds in solitude and in nature,” Hall said, adding, “The ‘Small Is Beautiful’ tour goes along with the same message as Chapter Of The Forest.  It’s about coming back to the roots and approaching music in a simple and conscious way.”
