Capital Cities Coming To Your City

With last Friday’s show in Chicago wrapping Capital Cities’ commitment supporting Katy Perry’s summer tour, the indie pop band can now concentrate on its own plans. Today the duo announced dates for a fall headline outing.

Before the excursion begins the duo has several festival appearances to take care of, including in Los Angeles, Seattle’s , and in Tempe, Ariz.

Capital Cities is continuing to support its debut album, In a Tidal Wave of Mystery. You can hear the single “One Minute More,” which is included on the deluxe edition of the LP, in a commercial for BRP’s new Sea-Doo Spark watercraft as well as in the upcoming film “The Giver.”

Last week Capital Cities released the official video for “I Sold My Bed, But Not My Stereo.”

Night Terrors of 1927 support all dates. Sneaky Sound System joins the tour Oct. 28 through Nov. 1 and Nov. 19. Cherub will be on the road Nov. 3-9.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Aug. 15.
