Photog Suing Beeb

Aja Oxman claims Bieber is behind an attack allegedly perpetrated by the singer’s bodyguard. Bieber was in Kauai in November at Shipwreck Beach when he decided to jump off of a cliff and Oxman snapped a photo, according to TMZ.

Oxman said the Bieber sent a bodyguard to “get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card.”

The photographer claims he was lifted in a choke hold and slammed to the hood of a car. Bieber “enjoyed the beating” and, together, Bieber and the bodyguard destroyed the camera, according to the lawsuit.
