Maroon 5 Targets The World

Maroon 5 announces its 2015 world tour plans.  Launching in Dallas in mid-February, the calendar shows the Grammy Award-winning band playing North America through early April, the U.K. and Europe in May and June.

Sure, there’s an album to support.  Maroon 5’s fifth studio effort, appropriately titled V, was released on last week and contains the hit single “Maps.”  A new single, “Animals,” is available now.

Hitting the TV circuit, Maroon 5 appeared yesterday on NBC’s “Today” and will rock “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” tonight, “America’s Got Talent” Sept. 3 and “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Sept. 8.  Adam Levine will appear on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show With Jon Stewart” Sept. 4.
