Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! Music is Awesome!

Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! is hitting a big milestone as the tour will be old enough to attend kindergarten. Marking the fifth anniversary of the excursion, the new live stage show dubbed “Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! Music is Awesome!” launches in October.

The tour is directed by Yo Gabba Gabba! creators Christian Jacobs (The Aquabats) and Scott Schultz (Majestic).

The guys sent in the following joint statement about why the whole family should get pumped for the outing.

“Our goal for Yo Gabba Gabba! is to inspire the next generation of music lovers. Taking your kids to see Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! is like taking them to see their first rock concert. We feel very lucky to be able to create something that parents and their kids genuinely enjoy together. Because of that, we have a very special bond with our fans. Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! Music Is Awesome! is something for kids and the kid in all of us to get excited about. It really is magic.”

Of course the outing will feature your favorite characters from the Nick Jr. children’s television series along with host DJ Lance Rock, satirical rapper Leslie Hall and beat boxing legend Biz Markie.

And with personalities and musical artists in each city invited to perform with the Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! crew, who knows who else could take the stage?
