Cole Swindell’s Down Home Tour
Swindell is competing with Brandy Clark, Brett Eldredge, Kip Moore and Thomas Rhett for the new artist trophy. The CMA Awards air on ABC Nov. 5.
In February Swindell released his self-titled debut, which includes the No. 1 country single “Chillin’ It” as well as Top 10 hit “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight.”
After spending the summer on the road with Luke Bryan, Swindell has another run of support dates scheduled Sept. 11-25.
“It has been a crazy whirlwind year and I feel so fortunate that country music fans and country radio has embraced me in such a huge way,” Swindell said. “It’s what an artist dreams about. I’ve been lucky enough to get a jump start performing alongside Luke Bryan in front of massive crowds, and while I wouldn’t change anything for the experience I’ve gained so far, I know I still have a lot of work to do on the road.
“I’m really excited to get to it on my Down Home Tour this winter where I’ll have a new experience with my fans at shows.”
