Vendini Buys In Ticketing

San Francisco-based Vendini has announced the acquisition of ticket company In Ticketing that will, according to a company representative, put Vendini in a position to directly compete with Ticketfly.

In Ticketing provides online and box office ticketing, with customers including San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall and Hartford, Conn.’s Infinity Music Hall and the Gathering of the Vibes festival. Vendini includes online ticketing, websites, social marketing and back-office management.

It was recently named an “It” company by Forbes magazine for its “Leadership X Factor.”

Vendini has 2,000 customers and the purchase of In Ticketing comes two years after the company bought Dataflow Workspace.
