Down – ‘Punk Rock But Kinda Not’

Down will thunder across the land come December in support of its latest EP.  Beginning in San Antonio, the “Punk Rock But Kinda Not Tour” includes Orange Goblin, Bl’ast and King Parrot.  Tickets go on sale this week.

Arriving earlier this year via Down Records/ADA, Down IV – Part Two became the band’s highest charting release to date, hitting No. 1 on the iTunes Rock Albums chart.  Stereogum described the EP’s lead single, a little ditty called “We Knew Him Well,” as “a titanic, bludgeoning deep-head-nod groove.”
