The group’s talent agency announced that on Oct. 5 the trio will hold a free concert on a “major street in downtown Seoul.” Part of the 2014 Gangnam Festival, an event that takes place in the iconic upper class neighborhood referenced in the Psy hit, “Gangnam Style,” and intended to promote Korean pop culture overseas, the free show will take place in front of the Korea Electric Power Corporation headquarters.
JYJ’s agency expects 33,000 people to show up. In addition to concerts, the festival will feature a food fair and even an international marathon.
