Kevin Wilson’s suit, obtained by TMZ, claims he was told by Cher not to hire a “minority female dancer” for her “Dressed to Kill” 2014 tour. “We have too much color onstage,” Cher allegedly said.

Wilson, who is black, also claims in the filing that Cher tried to cover up a June incident when a male dancer invited a woman to his hotel room and became sexually aggressive with her.

The suit contends Wilson and two other cast members alerted the tour, were fired for doing so and then were told the tour needed budget cuts. Cher representatives told TMZ the allegations “couldn’t be further from the truth.”

“To attribute such a statement to Cher is absurd,” her attorney said about the racial statements.
