Hozier’s 2015 North America Run
Hozier, whose full name is Andrew Hozier-Byrne, is having a year other artists might only dream of. Although his self-titled album doesn’t drop until Oct. 7, the video for the single “Take Me To The Church” has already racked up more than 10 million views. Meanwhile, radio loves the song and fans have purchased 500,000 copies online. Factor in sold-out shows at New York’s Irving Plaza and a stint as the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live” Oct. 11, and you’re definitely watching a career on the upswing.
While it might seem a bit early for Hozier to announce his return to North America, the artist is already looking at sold-out shows slated for autumn. So it’s more songs, more stories, more … Hozier coming up in early 2015.
