Live Nation is ditching Nashville’s Music Row in favor of office space in nearby Edgehill Village.

In Nashville, Tenn.

While the company is currently located in the former Sony Music Headquarters at 1400 18th Ave. S., it’s expected to move by year’s end to a 9,500-square-foot space above Edgehill Café.

Live Nation recently signed a lease for the second-floor space in the building, broker Rob Lowe told the Nashville Business Journal.

He added the rest of the center is expected to feature retail space. LN isn’t the only company making a move in Nashville.

Sony and William Morris Endeavor are both moving into new office space in the Gulch and SESAC’s new headquarters will be housed in a new development on Music Row, the Journal reported.
