“Music and comedy are powerful ways to reach people – we are so grateful to the performers who will use their talents to bring people together, educate them on the problem of gun violence and ask them to take action to save lives,” said co-producer Maccabee Montandon.  “Gun violence is often a hard issue to talk about –this event is a way to let people know we are all human, we can crack a few smiles while also trying to raise awareness for a serious issue. Fun Lovers Unite is just one example of the grassroots momentum across this country calling for gun sense.”
