Glasslands opened in 2006 as an “experimental community art space,” according to CBS Channel 2, but has hosted acts like TV On The Radio, Franz Ferdinand and MGMT, and was described by Gothamist as “one of the city’s best down and dirty performance spaces.”
New Year’s Eve will be the last concert for the venue, according to the website.
