Brown pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault Sept. 2 in the case. He admitted hitting Parker Adams, who tired to get in a picture that Brown was taking with two women outside the W Hotel in October 2013.

Adams suffered a broken nose.

Adams sued Brown and his bodyguard for $3 million. Adams’ attorney, John Hayes, confirmed a settlement was reached.

The Washington Post reports it was for about $100,000. Brown was sentenced in the case to time served.
