Taylor Swift’s World Adventure

Taylor Swift plans to party like it’s “1989” when she launches her world tour in Louisiana in May. With dates locked through Halloween 2015, tickets go on sale next week.

Produced and promoted by AEG Live and The Messina Group, Taylor’s “1989 World Tour” will target North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Named after her mega-selling LP 1989, the tour includes Australia’s Vance Joy as main support.  Shawn Mendes will appear on the stadium dates.

Swift announced the tour on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”  The itinerary released today includes shows in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Europe.  Gigs in Asia and Australia will be announced shortly.
