Blue Note, Mojo’s Close Sale
The Blue Note and Mojo’s in Columbia, Mo., now belong to the owners of the Majestic Theatre in Madison, Wis., with the close of sale Nov. 3.

“We could not be more proud to be carrying on the tradition of The Blue Note,” said the Majestic’s Scott Leslie. “It’s not a responsibility we take lightly and we will work tirelessly to ensure that The Blue Note and Mojo’s continue to be a source of pride for all of Columbia.”
Leslie’s partner, Matt Gerding, has made the move back to his hometown to oversee the Columbia venues.
