Lewis Black On The Road In 2015

Election results got you down? Well, maybe just the thing to cheer you up is a good dose of anger from Lewis Black. The comedian is following up his 2014 “The Rant Is Due” tour with an all new 2015 excursion called “The Rant Is Due Part Deux.”

The road warrior still has more than a dozen dates to take care of this year. On Friday he’ll take the stage in West Wendover, Nev., at the Peppermill Concert Hall.

His 2015 itinerary already contains nearly 40 gigs, starting with a Jan. 8 show in Rochester, N.Y., at the Auditorium Theatre. Shows are booked through May.

Next year you can catch Black, or rather, his voice, on the big screen with the 3D computer-animated fantasy/comedy “Inside Out.” The film examines what’s going on in the head of a young girl, highlighting five emotions that are ruling her inner world – Joy, Anger, Disgust, Fear and Sadness. You might have guessed that Black stars as Anger.

Here’s the plan for “The Rant Is Due Part Deux.”
