ILMC Launches Bursary Program

About half of the places on the program – which is sponsored by insurance broker Robertson Taylor W&P Longreach – are up for grabs, although the other half has gone to industry associations such as Yourope, the Association of Independent Festivals, the International Music Manager Forum and the UK’s Music Managers Forum, which will promote the scheme to their respective members.

“The scheme came about from various conversations with ILMC members after this year’s conference,” says new ILMC head Greg Parmley, who last year took over the event from conference founder Matin Hopewell. “It’s designed to encourage younger companies and individuals who have not yet been to the conference, but who should be attending and who have a voice to add to the mix.” ILMC 2015 is at London’s Royal Garden Hotel March 6-8.
