Hideout A Sellout
Croatia’s Hideout Festival doesn’t appear to be suffering on account of Ibiza Rocks turning up on its patch on the Adriatic coast. In fact, it’s just announced it’s sold out its 10,000 capacity within the space of two weeks.
Tickets had barely gone on sale when the team behind Ibiza Rocks was starting new festival Croatia Rocks on the same Adriatic island of Pag July 20-23.
Hideout’s dates are June 28 to July 2. Both festivals are on a coastal strip called Zrce Beach.
The Croatian market is now bulging with largely DJ-led festivals run by British firms providing flights, accommodation, entertainment and boat trips often wrapped up like a package holiday.
Apart from Hideout and Croatia Rocks, there are – to name a few – Outlook, Garden Festival, Electric Elephant, Ultra Europe, Soundwave, and Dimensions.
Five-year-old Hideout’s big names will include Seth Troxler, Wilkinson, Green Velvet and DJ Sneak.
