Indy Palladium Settlement
A development commission in a suburb north of Indianapolis has reached a settlement in a case against several construction companies that worked on the dome of the Palladium .

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission agreed to a $5.3 million settlement to end an action against Steel Supply & Engineering, Creviston Engineering, Lynch, Harrison & Brumleve, and Shiel Sexton, according to the Indianapolis Star.
The Palladium had faced construction delays after structural issues were found in its dome in 2009. The $130 million building opened in 2011. The commission’s suit had claimed faulty work on the project and a trial was set for 2015, the Star said.
