New Philly Fillmore Secures Funds

US Bank in Minneapolis has agreed to arrange $4.3 million to help fund a firm’s $26 million development that will turn a historic Philadelphia building into a concert venue.

Core Realty’s plans for the historic Ajax Metal Co. building, which will house a Live Nation Fillmore theater, also include a restaurant, bowling alley, distillery, office and retail space, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The project is set for an August 2015 completion date.
