Barclays Center Forms Advisory Board

Barclays Center has pulled together nearly 30 top sports, entertainment and media industry executives to form the Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment Advisory Board to contribute to the programming strategy and direction for the building, Nassau Coliseum and future venues.

Among the advisory board members are Big Machine Label Group President/CEO Scott Borchetta, artist manager Scooter Braun, Lava Records CEO Jason Flom, Vector Management founder Ken Levitan, Republic Records CEO Monte Lipman, and Crush Management co-founder Bob McLynn.

The advisory board is the creation of Barclays Center CEO Brett Yormark and Charlie Walk, executive VP of Republic Records. The formation of the board comes as Barclays Center’s largest stakeholder, Forest City Ratner, is looking for a buyer for its 55 percent share in the 19,000-capacity arena.
