Brandon Berry’s car was rammed at an intersection into a center divider in the early morning hours while driving home from a gala at the venue, according to the Miami New Times.
The SUV that collided with his car took off. His injuries include 18 broken ribs, a spinal fracture, broken arms, fractured collarbones and he sustained lung damage, the paper said.
Berry got his start promoting concerts in Syracuse, N.Y., before moving to Florida to work for Live Nation about 10 years ago. In a Facebook post, Berry’s wife said he is expected to recover but has a long way to go, the Syracuse Post-Standard reported.
