Back To The Neon Future With Steve Aoki

Steve Aoki unveiled his new music video today along with the initial North American routing for his biggest tour yet. The outing will visit more than 40 cities, starting with a Feb. 13 show in Austin.

The DJ/producer will be showing off a brand new custom stage set and visuals by V Squared Labs, which has previously worked on the main stages of Electric Daisy Carnival and Ultra Music Festival. The new design boasts a combination of custom-built LED cubes with mirrored panels, creating a new visual experience with the illusion of both depth and clarity. But you’ll have to sit it for yourself in person.

The new video for “Get Me Outta Here” (with Flux Pavilion) was directed by Tom Cole. The tune hails from Aoki’s latest LP, Neon Future I, which was released in September. And even newer music is coming sooner than you know. The second installment of the album, appropriately titled Neon Future II, is due out this spring.

In the meantime, check out the video for “Get Me Outta Here.”

Support acts on the tour include Headhunterz and Caked Up. With additional dates (and support acts) to be announced, here’s how Aoki’s 2015 schedule stands today.
