‘Fresh Blood’ From Matthew E. White

Matthew E. White announces the first set of dates for his headlining North American tour supporting his new album, including a special night where he’ll be accompanied by an orchestra.

Fresh Blood is set to drop March 10 on Domino.  The first gig supporting the disc is March 3 at Brooklyn’s BRIC Arts Center/Bric House in a show titled “Southern Lights Tonight,” where his Spacebomb house band will feature a 30-piece orchestra including a choir, string and horn sections. White will be accompanied on the rest of the tour by his band consisting of bassist Cameron Ralston, drummer Pinson Chanselle and guitarist/keyboardist Alan Parker.

April 1 – Minneapolis, Minn., 7th Street Entry
April 2 – Chicago, Ill., Schubas Tavern
April 3 – Cleveland, Ohio, Beachland Tavern
April 4 – Philadelphia, Pa., World Cafe Live
April 5 – Allston, Mass., Great Scott
April 7 – Washington, D.C., Rock And Roll Hotel
