Couple Sues Dolly Parton

Dolly Parton is facing a lawsuit from a Tennessee couple that claims a trip on an amusement ride at Dollywood left one of them with broken bones and brain damage.

Tedi and Derryl Brown’s suit alleges Tedi went on the Waltzing Swinger, slipped from her seat and fell head first onto the concrete 10 feet below, according to TMZ.

The also contend the park ignored slick weather conditions that made Tedi’s ride so dangerous.

The Browns are seeking $475,000 in damages.
