Five Finger Death Punch Returns To The Road

Five Finger Death Punch has promised to deliver a new album this year, but first the band has a fresh batch of dates to talk about. The U.S. outing through the States is slotted ahead of 5FDP’s European trek with Judas Priest.

The heavy metal act entered the studio after wrapping up its North American tour with Volbeat in November – which the band calls “the biggest rock tour of fall 2014.”

In 2013 fans were treated to a double dose of 5FDP with volumes 1 and 2 of The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell. A release date hasn’t been set for the new LP. All we can tell you is that it’s coming out later in 2015.

While you wait for the new music, here is the plan for the spring tour:

April 25 – Orlando, Fla., Central Florida Fairgrounds (WJRR Earthday Birthday)
April 26 – Ladson, S.C., Exchange Park (98 Rockfest)
April 28 – Chattanooga, Tenn., Track 29
April 30 – Shreveport, La., Municipal Auditorium Of Shreveport
May 2 – Houston, Texas, Bayou Music Center
May 4 – Mobile, Ala., Soul Kitchen
May 5 – Birmingham, Ala., Iron City
May 8 – Milwaukee, Wis., Eagles Ballroom
May 9 – Somerset, Wis., Somerset Amphitheater (Northern Invasion)

Presale tickets for the headline (non-festival) dates will be available beginning Thursday, Jan. 15 at 10 a.m. local time. The general onsale starts Friday, Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. local time. Additional onsales are scheduled Saturday.
