VenuWorks Names Iowa GM

Scott Hallgren becomes new executive director of Bridge View Center in Ottumwa, Iowa, VenuWorks president Steve Peters announced Jan. 13, and will assume his duties March 9.

He comes to the Bridge View Center, which includes a 665-seat theatre for concerts, from VenuWorks-managed Clay County Regional Events Center in Spencer, Iowa, where he was GM for 10 years.

Hallgren replaces Larry Gawronski, who is moving into an unspecified “corporate role,” according to VenuWorks.
