Another MSG Show For Billy Joel

When Billy Joel agreed to a Madison Square Garden residency, the Piano Man said he’d play one show per month at the New York City venue as long as fans kept buying tickets. Now it appears fans will continue buying tickets if Joel keeps scheduling shows. This week he added a November concert.

The numbers never lie. Having sold out 21 MSG shows, Joel’s 23rd show at The Garden is set for Nov. 19. Part of the Time Warner Cable Concert Series, the gig will be Joel’s 69th all-time performance at the venue.

Here’s Joel’s Madison Square Garden residency as it stands today: Feb. 18, March 9, April 3, May 28, June 20, July 1, Aug. 20, Sept. 25, Oct. 21 and Nov. 19.
