Slipknot Prepares The World For Hell

Slipknot sets spring headlining dates with special guest Hatebreed as the band adds another chapter to its “Prepare For Hell” world tour in support of 2014’s “.5: The Gray Chapter.”

Currently playing gigs in the U.K. and Europe through mid-February, Slipknot is rocking festivals on both sides of the equator in 2015.  Australia will feel the band’s sonic wrath next month via Soundwave appearances in , , and .  Come summer Slipknot will cross the Atlantic to play Germany’s and fests during the June 5-7 weekend.  Other Euro festivals on the band’s June agenda include Netherlands’ , Poland’s , Switzerland’s , England’s , Austria’s Nova Rock, France’s Hellfest and Belgium’s .  Some events have not announced daily plans.

The band has also slotted several U.S. festivals, playing in Fort Myers, Fla., April 25; in Jacksonville, Fla., April 26; in Concord, N.C., May 3; and in Somerset, Wis., May 9.  Slipknot will also crank up the volume at in Columbus, Ohio, sometime during the May 15-17 weekend.  We’d like to tell you the exact day but, as in the summer Euro listings, the festival has yet to release its daily schedules.

As latest single “Custer” racks up spins on rock radio, the band recently released a live video of .5: The Gray Chapter’s first single, “The Devil In I,” shot at last year’s in Southern California.
