Faith No More Is Back

Once upon a time there was a band that reunited in 2009 after breaking up almost 11 years earlier. The fans rejoiced … but then kept waiting and waiting for another tour. The wait is over because Faith No More has announced its first North American tour since 2010.

And that’s not all. The alternative rock band is also getting ready to release its first LP since 1997’s Album of the Year. The as-of-yet untitled album is due out in May via Faith No More’s newly formed imprint, Reclamation Recordings, which is distributed by Ipecac Recordings.

After putting out the single “Motherfucker” as part of Record Store Day in November, the tune “Superhero” will be available as a limited edition 7-inch single March 17. A digital version can be yours March 31.
