Imagine Dragons Brings ‘Smoke + Mirrors’ Tour Overseas

Imagine Dragons announced earlier this week that it was going to be putting on a surprise “Live at 35” inflight concert at 35,000 feet as part of the “Ultimate Destinations Dragons tour.” Now the indie rock band has rolled out a fall itinerary that will require a few more flights.

The act has teamed up with Southwest Airlines for the inflight concert, which will take place Feb. 24 between Las Vegas and Atlanta, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Imagine Dragons will be premiering the live performance of its second studio album, Smoke + Mirrors, during the “Ultimate Destinations Dragons tour.” The LP is due out Feb. 17.

A post on the band’s Facebook page notes that the tour is made up of intimate club shows in the cities where Imagine Dragon’s career began. Along with the band’s Las Vegas hometown, the band is also headed to Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Atlanta.

Southwest is hosting a sweepstakes for a fan and three friends to win tickets for the flight, as well as admission to the concerts on solid ground. U.S. radio stations will also be giving away prizes to accompany the band on the excursion.
