Audrey Dunham, the current Mrs. Dunham, is a fitness model who married the comic ventriloquist in 2012. She accuses Paige Dunham, the ex-wife, of registering AudreyDunham.com, AudreyDunham.net, AudreyDunham.us and AudreyDunham.biz after Audrey and Jeff Dunham became engaged, but before they married.

As a result, Audrey Dunham says, she is unable to register domains for her own business endeavors, including personal fitness and consulting services, using her own name. “Defendant knew at the time she registered the Accused Domains, the Plaintiff would soon change her name to Audrey Dunham,” according to court papers.

Audrey claims she asked Paige Dunham to transfer the websites, but Paige demanded tens of thousands of dollars per domain. The suit alleges cyberpiracy and unfair competition, and seeks damages of up to $100,000 per domain as well as a restraining order.
