Todd Rundgren Sets Spring Plans

Todd Rundgren announces his upcoming plans, including a new album coming out in April and a headlining adventure following his winter travels with Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band.  First stop is three nights in Park City, Utah.

Global is the name of Rundgren’s upcoming album, The Runt’s 25 solo effort.  For those of you tracking The Runt’s progress, the number mentioned above is in addition to his two albums with The Nazz and nine Utopia discs.  Global drops April 7 in the U.S. and will be available in a 180g-vinyl edition April 27.  The album arrives internationally April 6.

Rundgren has slotted two months of dates in support of Global.  The tour begins a few days after the rock legend appears as a Colorado University “artist in residence” in Denver at the King Center For The Performing Arts April 2.
