Jackson Browne’s Summer Plans

Denver, Las Vegas, San Diego and Portland, Ore., are among the cities hosting Jackson Browne this summer when the Rock and Roll Hall Of Famer embarks on an adventure through the Western states in support of his latest album, “Standing In The Breach.”

Browne’s camp is referring to the July 30-Aug. 21 run as the “first leg” of the singer/songwriter’s summer tour, meaning we can expect more shows to be announced.

Browne’s 2015 show schedule is rapidly expanding.  Next week he’ll kick off a run through Florida that includes stops in Fort Myers, Miami Beach, Jacksonville and Orlando.  Come March he will head to Japan for gigs in Nagoya, Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima.  Following Japan, Brown will embark on a May-June odyssey through Europe.  Headlining most shows, Browne will play a few festivals, including “Bergenfest” in Bergen, Norway, June 12, “Tollwood” in Munich, Germany, June 30, and “Madgarden” in Madrid, Spain, July 6.

Browne’s U.S. summer tour begins near Spokane, Wash.  Here’s the schedule:

Aug. 21 – Las Vegas, Nev., Pearl Concert Theatre
