TAG Acquires Futureboogie
The Agency Group has acquired UK-based electronic music agency Futureboogie, which represents acts including Bonobo, Nightmares on Wax, Quantic and Crazy P.
Starting in 2000, Futureboogie CEO Steve Nickolls now has 25 DJs and live acts on his company’s roster. Nickolls joins The Agency Group as Live Agent and will bring two assistants with him, Abbe Rodgers and Jenny Wade, according to a statement. They will continue to be based in Stokes Croft in Bristol.
In recent years Futureboogie has diversified into artist management and opened a record label. An Agency Group statement says Futureboogie’s entrepreneurial spirit mixes well with the Agency Group’s diverse list of services.
