Slash Brings ‘World On Fire’ Tour To The USA

Slash and his band have added headline dates to their spring schedule, marking the first U.S. outing in support of World On Fire. Of course, his official band is none other than Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators.

World On Fire was released in September, continuing Slash’s streak of having all of his solo albums debut in the Top Ten in the U.S. The LP is Slash’s third solo album overall and his second with The Conspirators.

Along with Myles Kennedy on vocals, the band features drummer Brent Fitz, bassist Todd Kerns and touring guitarist Frank Sidoris.

After playing Japan and Malaysia earlier this month, Slash’s 2015 plans continue with a trip to Australia and New Zealand. The U.S. tour is slotted in between an excursion to South America/Mexico in March and Europe this summer.

“The World On Fire tour has been nothing short of awesome so I can’t wait to jump on these U.S. festivals in May. As well as mix in our headlining show for a bunch of dates along the way,” Slash says.

Here’s the plan:

April 25 – Orlando, Fla., Central Florida Fairgrounds (WJRR’s Earthday Birthday)
April 26 – Jacksonville, Fla., Metropolitan Park (Welcome To Rockville)
May 3 – Concord, N.C., Charlotte Motor Speedway (Carolina Rebellion)
May 5 – Stroudsburg, Pa., Sherman Theater
May 7 – New York, N.Y., Terminal 5
May 8 – Hampton Beach, N.H., Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom
May 9 – Bangor, Maine, Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion (Rise Above Fest)
May 12 – Sayreville, N.J., Starland Ballroom
May 13 – Baltimore, Md., Rams Head Live!
