Greencopper Launches Golive

Festival technology solutions firm Greencopper has launched a new suite of tools to help festival organizers manage and publish content on smartphones, tablets and the web for fans.

The company’s Golive software will allow festival attendees to access interactive maps, performance schedules, ticketing, music streaming and other tools through branded mobile apps.

“Golive will empower music festivals of all sizes to easily build their own branded mobile apps and web widgets based on Greencopper’s proven core technology, previously reserved only for major events,” Greencopper CEO and founder Gwenaël Le Bodic said. The technology is apparently pretty simple to use; even organizers without prior coding or tech experience will be able to customize the appearance of their mobile apps and websites through an easy online interface, Greencopper said.

Clients to have used Greencopper’s technology previously include the Pitchfork Music Festival, Sasquatch! Festival, Canada’s Osheaga, Mexico’s Corona Capital, and German festivals promoted by FKP Scorpio.
