Julianne & Derek Hough Keep Moving

The Instagram countdown is over and, as promised, Julianne Hough has unveiled her “big announcement.” The dancer/actress and her fellow superstar sibling, choreographer/dancer Derek Hough, have booked the “Move Live On Tour 2015.”

The Houghs broke the news with an appearance earlier today on “Good Morning America.” After dancing up a storm on the debut “Move Live On Tour” in 2014, the brother and sister duo will return to the road for another excursion this summer showcasing a variety of dance styles.

But this isn’t just a repeat performance. The next edition of Move Live On will feature a brand new production, staging and venues.

Julianne and Derek are not only starring in the tour, but they’re choreographing, producing and co-creating the whole shebang. The Houghs are getting some help from their 2014 all-star creative team, with Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo (aka NappyTabs) supervising choreography. Kyle Hanagami will also assist with co-choreography.

“We had such a fun and high energy show last year,” Julianne Hough said. “It was amazing to see such a great reaction from our fans the first time, and we can’t wait til they see what we have up our sleeves now! Our goal then, and our goal now is to have it feel like a rock concert for dance, and I think we have and certainly will accomplish that again.”

Derek added, “Our fans haven’t stopped asking when we would go back out on the road so we are excited to be able to tell them that because of their support and demand, we are headed out again to bring them a new and exciting show. We can’t wait to see everyone on the road.”

The Houghs, who will both show off their vocal skills on tour, will be joined on stage by the Move Company Dancers.
