Australia: Kravitz Cancels, Bobby Brown Postpones

Lenny Kravitz’s April run through Australia, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia was canceled Feb. 27 “due to contractual scheduling conflicts beyond my control,” the artist said.

Kravitz was to headline April 2 at Bluesfest, and follow it up with arena shows at Melbourne’s  April 6 and the  in Sydney April 8. Bluesfest director Peter Noble is sourcing a replacement act but offered fans the option of a refund. 

Nightmare Music canceled U.S. country singer Wayne Hancock’s visit citing “potentially verboten artist demands.” After sold-out shows in an August 2014 three-city run, Hancock was set for five dates March 3-8.

’s four-theatre run for Abstract Entertainment to begin March 18 was postponed to late May to allow time with his hospitalized daughter Bobbi.
