Nick Hakim Has A Small Tour For You

Hard to define, yet easy to listen to, Hakim’s music mixes soul, R&B and blues influences into a unique concoction delivered by his easy-going persona. Fans got a double dose of his music last fall when he released two EPs – Where Will We Go Pt. 1 & 2 – via Earseed Records.
People are taking notice. The New York Times said “his delicate guitar work and hazy harmonies make him a singular and vital presence in the genre” while NPR described his craft as “soulful music that feels lovingly dreamy and hopelessly bleary at once.”
Now you’ll have a chance to see this up-and-comer live on stage when Hakim embarks on a series of club dates in the spring. Here’s the plan:
April 24 – Hoboken, N.J., Maxwell’s
April 25 – Middletown, Conn., Wesleyan University
April 26 – Allston, Mass., Great Scott
April 28 – Toronto, Ontario, Drake Hotel / Underground
April 29 – Ann Arbor, Mich., Blind Pig
